Humberto Nicolini is the psychiatrist who currently lives and works in Mexico with the highest number of scientific publications and the most citations received; he is Director of the Carracci Medical and Family Studies group, President of the Mexican Association of Neuro-ethics and Head of the Laboratory of Psychiatric and Neurodegenerative Diseases of the National Institute of Genomic Medicine, Ministry of Health, Government of Mexico. His outstanding career in research and teaching on obsessive compulsive disorder has earned him various awards, including his leadership as the Director of the International College of Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders (ICOCS).
