Cary S. Kogan is Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and Mental Health Lead at the University of Ottawa Interdisciplinary Centre for Black Health. He was a member of the Field Study Coordinating Group for ICD-11 Mental, Behavioural and Neurodevelopmental Disorders and has contributed to the development, testing, and international implementation of the ICD-11 Clinical Descriptions and Diagnostic Requirements for mental health professionals. He conducts research on the classification of mental disorders.
