Marylène Cloitre is on staff at the National Center for PTSD, Dissemination and Training Division, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto, CA, USA. She is also Clinical Professor (Affiliate) of the Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She was the Founding Director of the Institute for Trauma and Recovery at the New York University Child Study Center following 9/11 and a member of the Advisory Board for the 9/11 Memorial Museum. She is Past-President of the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She was a member of the ICD-11 Working Group on Disorders Specifically Associated with Stress.
